The Embassy’s American Citizen Services office is located at Calle 24 Bis No. 48-50 in Bogotá, Colombia. Passports and Notarial Services Hours for in-person services at the Embassy are by appointment only. You can make an appointment here. To make an appointment to see a Consular officer, please send an e-mail to acsbogota@state.gov.

The U.S. Consular Agency in Barranquilla
If you are on Colombia’s north coast, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of routine consular services offered at the U.S. Consular Agency in Barranquilla, open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for all citizen services.
