The U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) has named Marguerite V. Daniels as its Director of Human Resources.

As Director of Human Resources, Ms. Daniels will be responsible for administering the agency's personnel management and labor relations programs. An RRB employee since 1982, she previously served as Chief of Human Services/Labor Relations and Human Resources Specialist (Employee/Labor Relations). Ms. Daniels briefly left the RRB to work for the U.S. Department of Labor as an Employee Relations Specialist from 1997 to 2003.

Ms. Daniels is a graduate of Loyola University (B.A. in Sociology, 1985; M.S. in Industrial Relations, 1998). She resides in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood.
