Sorry, but the archiving of these pages to a new server resulted in a number of misdirected links. Per in-office review and user feedback, we fixed links (12/15/99 thru 02/29/99). If, however, you still see an extraneous phrase, "/research/ncrve", and you wish to see the pages, delete the extra words to establish a link. Sorry for the confusion and successful researching.

Please keep in mind that these are archived pages and that many of the names, addresses and phone numbers are out-of-date.

NCRVE closed its doors on December 31, 1999. Funded by the Office of Vocational and Adult Education of the U.S. Department of Education, NCRVE played a key role in developing a new concept of workforce development. The Center's mission was to strengthen school-based and work-based learning to prepare all individuals for lasting and rewarding employment, further education, and lifelong learning. Furthering this effort into the year 2000 and beyond is the National Research and Dissemination Centers for Career and Technical Education.
