This tool still does not work well with the Safari browser.

To pan over the image, click and drag on the image in the direction you wish the image to shift. To pan under Internet Explorer, click and drag to start, then release and continue to drag to continue panning across the image; click again to stop panning. Passing your mouse cursor over the menu items will bring up sub-menus that load different maps and/or zoom levels.

Please let us know what you think of this viewer, including suggestions for improvements to its interface and functionality. This is a new project still under active development. Once a few remaining technical details fore resolved, the software will be made available for download.
