New Data: With this release two new datasets are available:
- LSRS - The LSRS data is a collection of data themes that depict the land status (title and related rights and uses) and boundary management of National Forest System (NFS) lands.
- FSTopo7.5" Quad Maps - These maps replace the old SoftCopy topo maps served from here for years and are available in 2 different formats.
Vector Data
FSTopo Data is a digital vector representation of the features typically found on a 1:24,000 quadrangle map. This vector data includes features such as transportation, hydrography, hypsography, boundaries, public land survey, basic land ownership (within the National Forest Boundary), man-made features, and text labels. These data sets are used in ESRI ArcMap software.
