The 15th National Nuclear Physics Summer School is being organized by Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the University of Tennessee.   The school will be held on the campus of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  The school is intended for advanced graduate students and beginning postdoctoral researchers in either experimental or theoretical nuclear physics.  The primary aim is to provide future researchers with a broad perspective on current research in the field.  Lecture courses will cover the major themes in nuclear physics research.  Partial scholarships for local expenses are available for most participants.
