On-Line Tickets

On-Line ticketing is now available! Click here to be connected to our secure on-line ticketing site. Please note that on-line ticketing for any particular event closes down the Friday prior to the event at noon. For example, a Friday night lecture has on-line sales ending at noon; on-line sales for a given Saturday night Art Series event will end at noon the Friday prior; and sales for a Sunday afternoon Gallery Chamber Series event will end at noon the Friday prior.

Please present an ID to pick up student tickets.

Send a check (payable to Fermilab) with your order form and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Fermilab Arts Series, P.O. Box 500, M.S. 111, Batavia, IL, 60510-0500. (The order form is available by calling 630-840-2787).

Box Office

Advance tickets can be purchased from the Wilson Hall box office weekdays from 9 - 4. The box office is closed for lunch. On weekdays the box office is located on the first floor of Wilson Hall, just behind the west elevators in the International Services area. On performance nights, the box office is located in the lobby of Ramsey Auditorium. The lobby box office is open one hour prior to curtain.

Payment may be charged on MasterCard, Visa, or Discover or made by check. Payment must be received within five working days of the reservation. Unpaid telephone reservations will not be taken during the week preceding the performance.

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first served basis. Tickets are non-refundable, but are exchangeable on a ticket-per-ticket basis. Exchanges must take place prior to the week of the performance.

Wheelchair, hearing assistive devices and special seating is available. Please inform our box office of your needs by calling 630/840.ARTS. Wheelchair and companion seating is also available via our on-line ticketing.
