IdMAX is NASA's integrated and authoritative Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)system used to manage NASA identities and credentials, request access to a NASA facility or system, or change personal information in NASA’s public information directories . This means that when a new person comes to work at NASA, their secured identity and credentials, such as their badge, SecurID token, or UserID and password can be used to provide them with access to the facilities and IT systems they need to do their job.
