Tribal Technical Assistance Program (TTAP)
FLH works closely with the Tribal Technical Assistance Program (TTAP) centers. The centers assist tribal governments by providing training, technology transfer and research opportunities. The TTAP program is financially supported by the Federal Highway Administration (FWHA) and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). Currently, there are seven TTAP centers.
