Inspection & bidding on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 between 0930 & 1600 hours. Bidders should submit their sealed quote before 1615 hours on the same day along with EMD of Rs.10, 000/- by demand draft in favor of American Consulate General, Chennai.
Please call 2857-4409 to register your name between 0930 & 1630 hours on April 16 and 17, 2012. No entrance fee or any other payment required to participate in the auction.
Each bidder should bring government-issued photo identity in original to facilitate entry into the compound.
Terms & conditions will be provided on inspection day. Bids will be opened at 1630 hours on April 18, 2012.
