Mineral and Environmental Resources Office Locations

Our staff is a geographically diverse, multi-disciplinary team of geologists, geophysicists, geochemists, GIS and remote sensing specialists working together to assess the mineral resources and mineral related environmental problems of the western region of the United States. This group focuses its work on several thematic tasks, including mineral resource assessments, geochemical backgrounds and baselines, and resource and environmental investigations, as well as major outreach efforts including information and technology exchange.
