Investigations

On April 30, 2010, Beverly Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, Haydee Rodriguez, and Sheila Rodriguez, all of Wilmington, Delaware, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to produce identification documents without lawful authority. The convictions relate to a scheme in which the defendants helped others obtain fraudulent Delaware identification cards at the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles in 2009.
