Audits

We reviewed the external audit of the SLSDC’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000 and determined it complied with applicable standards. The Dembo, Jones, Healy, Pennington & Ahalt audit report rendered an unqualified ("clean") opinion on the financial statements. No reportable internal control weaknesses or material noncompliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations were found.
