Audits

This report presents the results of our survey of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Integrated Product Development System (IPDS). We surveyed all 1,056 FAA members of the Air Traffic Automation and the Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance teams to obtain the members’ views on how well IPDS teams are functioning. The survey provided quantitative data about IPDS that we used to identify areas where FAA should strengthen team operations.
