Extrabudgetary Contributions

In the past, the U.S. contributed close to $3.7 million dollars in extra-budgetary funds to UNESCO each year, in addition to its assessed dues. Here you will find a description of some of the projects that have been supported through extrabudgetary contributions.

The U.S. ceased all extrabudgetary contributions to UNESCO on October 31, 2011.
