“Ask the Consul” is a collection of responses prepared by the Consular Section that covers a variety of subjects of interest to citizens of Albania who want to visit or live in the United States.  We want to make sure all applicants have information that is accurate and timely.

Post your questions to the Consular section in the comments section of our facebook page.  Questions can be submitted in English or Albanian.  The questions will be answered in the comment section in the same thread.

We WILL NOT respond to any personal questions sent to the “Ask the Consul” postings, nor do we discuss specifics of individual visa cases due to the public nature of the forum.  Questions about individual cases will be deleted to protect the privacy of the applicants.
