If you have specific questions you would like to ask at the U.S. Embassy's Consular Section, you may come during the following inquiry hours:

  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
  1:30-3:30    
• Follow-To-Join
  Monday and Friday
  1:30-4:00

For general inquiries send your query to consktm@state.gov. If an emergency has arisen and you need to reschedule your visa interview appointment, you may send an email to the same address. If you wish to request an expedited appointment, please explain the reason you are requesting an earlier appointment. Only emergency cases, as determined by the Consular Section, will receive an earlier appointment date.

To report instances of fake documents or fraudulent visa applications, please send an e-mail to fraudktm@state.gov
