You can call the center from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, in times of crisis the hours are extended to 24 hours. The toll-free phone number in the U.S. is 1-888-407-4747. From outside the U.S., the call center may be reached by dialing 1-317-472-2328.
