Several Danish policy makers joined the Embassy’s annual NATO study tour, April 23-26, to focus on the Arab Spring and the implications for the Alliance.  In Naples, the group met with Rear Admiral K.J. Norton, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa (on the left).  Discussions ranged from the upcoming NATO summit in Chicago to Danish development assistance programs in Africa.  The group included Jacob Bruun Christensen, Venstre Party: Mr. Ruben Kidde, Social Liberal Party; Mr. Aron Bonnano, Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ms. Lotte Grostøl, Socialist People’s Party; Mr. Thierry Legendre, Danish Ministry of Defense, and Mr. Kasper Graa Wulff, Social Democratic Party
