For science issues and troubleshooting contact the Model Transition Team (MTT) at:ncep.list.emc_porting-discuss@noaa.gov
The first attempt is to have the issue resolved internally, since other members of the MTT may already have developed a solution.
For administrative issues (log-in issues, password resets, etc.) and issues that the MTT cannot resolve contact the GFDL help desk directly at:
oar.gfdl.help@noaa.gov
Note that this help desk is available only during working hours (M-F, 0800-1700).
