ASR Filing Purposes


The ASR Filing application provides a wide range of functionality to enable to create, modify, and update your license. These capabilities include:

ASR Filing Purposes
Administrative Update Use this purpose (AU) to change any administrative data on an antenna structure registration. This purpose is to request changes to owner name (without a change in ownership), address, phone number, e-mail and contact information.
Amendment Use this purpose (AM) to amend a previously filed, currently pending application.
Antenna Structure Dismantlement Use this purpose (DI) to notify the Commission that the constructed antenna structure no longer exists.
Cancel Registration Use this purpose (CA) to cancel an unconstructed registration.
Duplication Use this purpose (DU) to request a duplicate of your antenna structure registration authorization.
Modification Use this purpose (MD) to change antenna structure information for a structure that has already been registered with the Commission.
New Use this purpose (NE) to register an antenna structure that has not been registered.
Ownership Change Use this purpose (OC) to notify the Commission of a change in ownership for a registered antenna structure.
Required Construction Notification Use this purpose (NT) to notify the Commission that the construction/alteration had been completed as registered.
Withdrawal Use this purpose (WD) to withdraw a previously filed, currently pending application.


After successful submission of your ULS application you will receive a ten-digit file number. Starting the next business day you can use this file number to check the status of your application in the Application Search section of ULS. You will also be prompted for payment if applicable after completing your ULS application.
