Note: With the 3rd edition, the naming convention changed, making the current
version Edition 4.
The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy
has developed the Power Technologies Energy Data Book to provide a current and
accurate set of comprehensive power technology-related data. The data book
is an evolving document and is updated periodically.
