Visa Waiver Program
 

The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables citizens of participating countries to travel to the U.S. for tourism, business or transiting the U.S. for 90 days or less without obtaining a U.S. visa. There are currently 36 countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program.

Citizens of the following countries; Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, may be eligible to travel to the United States visa free under the Visa Waiver Program if they are traveling for business, pleasure or are in transit, and they meet all the requirements.

Citizens of the following countries; the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece (from April 5, 2010), Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia and the Republic of Korea may be eligible to travel to the United States visa-free under the Visa Waiver Program if they are traveling for business, pleasure or are in transit, are in possession of an electronic passport, have obtained travel authorization and they meet all the requirements.

Important Notice: The failure to determine your eligibility for travel under the Visa Waiver Program may result in you being denied the opportunity to travel to the United States.
