The mission of the US Army Garrison Rock Island Arsenal Plans, Analysis and Integration Office is
to ensure and facilitate quality base operations and compliance with the Garrison policies and regulations.
The island is home to over 57 federal and commercial tenant organizations. The office continually
conducts and coordinates management analysis reviews for the Garrison Manager; the analysis
is critical for the development of command policy and guidance. The staff is also responsible for
assuring that priority actions and those of particular interest to the tenant organizations are
coordinated, staffed and properly executed.
