The Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center is grateful to the men and women who risk their lives to fight terrorism in Afghanistan, Iraq, and many other places around the world.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE
VA can provide you with priority health care and benefits assistance, even if you are still on active duty or an activated member of the National Guard or Reserve. If you are a discharged Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, or Operation New Dawn, VA can provide you medical care for five years from your military discharge date for conditions you believe are related to your military service, regardless of your income.
The Seamless Transition Program is easy to reach, no appointment needed. Just call or stop in. Our program is here to help you connect to your VA benefits and services. Our goal is to continue to be available to you over the years to help with the many tasks related to successful readjustment home, including supporting your medical and mental health care. We welcome contact from family members, as well, if they have questions about services.
We are located at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Health Care Annex, 4241 Barnard Road, Saginaw, Michigan 48603, and also at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, Michigan 48602.
