Welcome to the Department of Commerce Human Resources Operations Center (DOCHROC), located at the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB).
The DOCHROC provides customer-focused, efficient and flexible human resources (HR) service delivery to approximately 3,000 Department employees in six bureaus, including many domestic field offices across the United States.
