Information Resource Center
The Information Resource Center (IRC) is a key component of the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Baku, offering up-to-date reference materials and advanced research services for Azerbaijani government officials, journalists, researchers and other Embassy contacts with a specific professional or scholarly interest in the United States.
The IRC also subscribes to the services of Factiva and LexisNexis databases for up-to-the-minute news and legal information.
The IRC is the hub of PAS's outreach activities that provide a variety of information about U.S. policies and perspectives.
