    Instructions for using the Red River Procurement Website

    1. Each solicitation is posted to the web as a .pdf file and listed by the solicitation number. This file is only the solicitation. To be able to prepare a quote, bid or proposal you must download the entire solicitation along with all attachments and amendments. The entire file must be completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation. Failure to submit a complete package could result in the rejection of your quote, bid, or proposal.
    2. Amendments to solicitations will be posted under the solicitation/award page under the solicitation number. They will not be listed in OPEN SOLICITATIONS. To obtain the amendments as they are posted you will be required to review the solicitation/award page and download the amendments when posted.
    3. All Vendors downloading the solicitation who wish to be included on the mailing list should provide their email address to the contract specialist/buyer listed in the solicitation. Vendors who provide their email address will receive email notification when amendments are posted to the web thereby lessening the chance of missing valuable information.
