The Podiatry Clinic sees patients by referral only for foot and ankle musculoskeletal and neuromusculoskeletal disorders.
Mission
- To develop a world-renowned full service musculoskeletal clinical and surgical service
- To continue to provide a top notch musculoskeletal education experience
- To lead in the development and provide the core cadre for both wartime and contingency medical missions
- To lead in the development of a provider-driven, people-sensitive integrated support structure for musculoskeletal care
What Do I Bring to a Podiatry Appointment?
Please arrive 15-minutes early; keep in mind if you need x-rays while at the clinic, or if your physician does not have your outpatient record, you may incur extra waiting time. Bring these items with you, if possible.
- Current weight bearing X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans pertaining to your symptoms if you're referred from outside of Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center.
- Appropriate clothing for an exam (i.e., no panty-hose; remove nail polish for nail complaints including ingrown toenails).
- Military ID and TRICARE card
- Civilian Emergency (trauma) card if applicable
