2/5/2013 - PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Chief Master Sgt. Roderick Schwald, Headquarters NORAD and U.S. Northern Command first sergeant, presents the Team Peterson First Sergeants Council Diamond Sharp Airman award to Petty Officer 1st Class Paul Struss. The award is based on outstanding demonstration of Air Force Core Values either off duty or in the performance of official duties. Struss is a master of arms first class at North American Aerospace Defense Command. Any first sergeant or senior NCO serving as a first sergeant who observes outstanding performance may nominate someone for the award to the first sergeants council. (U.S. Air Force photo)
