Eritrean applicants may apply for nonimmigrant visas at any U.S. Embassy or Consulate, and the same standards under U.S. law and policy apply at each Embassy and Consulate where one applies for a visa. If you already have paid the machine-readable visa fee in Eritrea, it cannot be transferred or refunded. Please follow the appropriate link below for more information about applying for a nonimmigrant visa in Nairobi or Addis Ababa.
