Notary Services
The American Citizen Services Unit provides notary services by appointment only, Monday thru Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The following documents are required for notaries:
- Valid government-issued photo ID. A passport is the preferred document.
- Your documents to be notarized, completed with appropriate names, places and dates. Please DO NOT sign your document – you will sign at the Unit in front of the consul.
- If your document requires witnesses in addition to the notary, you must provide these witnesses. Our staff members are not permitted to serve as witnesses.
