Department of Defense

In FY 2010, the Department of Defense (DoD) spent $366 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, DoD is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of Education

In FY 2010, the Department of Education spent $1.8 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, Education is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of Energy

In FY 2010, the Department of Energy spent $26 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, Energy is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Environmental Protection Agency

In FY 2010, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) spent $1.7 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, EPA is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of Health and Human Services

In FY 2010, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) spent $19 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, HHS is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of Homeland Security

In FY 2010, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spent $14 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, DHS is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of Housing and Urban Development

In FY 2010, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) spent $1.6 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, HUD is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of the Interior

In FY 2010, the Department of Interior spent $6 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, Interior is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of Justice

In Fiscal Year 2010, the Department of Justice spent $6.4 billion on contracting, which is $1.2 billion less than the $7.6 billion spent in Fiscal Year 2009. Like other agencies, Justice is working to fulfill the four key initiatives below to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse of taxpayer dollars.  

Department of Labor

In FY 2010, the Department of Labor spent $2 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, Labor is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of State

In FY2010, the Department of State obligated $8.1 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, Department of State is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of Transportation

In FY 2010, the Department of Transportation contracted $5.5 billion on in products and services. Like other agencies, Transportation is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Department of the Treasury

In FY 2010, the Department of the Treasury spent $5.9 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, Treasury is working to improve how it contracts to ensure that it spends money wisely and eliminates waste and abuse of taxpayer dollars.

Department of Veterans Affairs

In FY 2010, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) spent $16 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, VA is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

General Services Administration

In FY 2010, the General Services Administration (GSA) spent $18 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, GSA is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

National Aeronautics and Space Administration

In FY 2010, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) spent $16 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, NASA is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

National Science Foundation

In FY 2010, the National Science Foundation (NSF) spent $430 million  on contracting. Like other agencies, NSF is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Office of Personnel Management

In FY 2010, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) spent $1.1 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, OPM is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Small Business Administration

In FY 2010, the Small Business Administration (SBA) spent $140 million on contracting. Like other agencies, SBA is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

Social Security Administration

In FY 2010, the Social Security Administration (SSA) spent $1.4 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, SSA is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.

U.S. Agency for International Development

In FY 2010, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) spent $6.4 billion on contracting. Like other agencies, USAID is working to improve how they contract to ensure that they spend money wisely and eliminate waste and abuse in taxpayer dollars.
