• Students and exchange visitors who cannot get an appointment through the call center in time for the beginning of their program should send an e-mail to Luxembourgconsular@state.gov or a fax to +352 46 19 39 to request an expedited appointment.

• In case of emergency travel (emergency medical treatment, emergent business travel or family emergency such as death) requiring an expedited appointment, applicants should send an e-mail to Luxembourgconsular@state.gov or a fax to +352 46 19 39 explaining the circumstances.
