Outpatient Clinic:
From the South: travel Interstate 390 North, take Exit 16 and turn right on East Henrietta Road (15A North). Turn right on Westfall Road. Turn right on Sawgrass Road. Enter the parking lot by turning right at the second intersection.
From the North: travel Interstate 390 South, take exit 16B and turn left on East Henrietta Road (15A North). Turn right on Westfall Road. Turn right on Sawgrass Road. Enter the parking lot by turning right at the second intersection.
Via the NY State Thruway: take Exit 46 to Interstate 390 north. Take Exit 16 and turn right on East Henrietta Road (15A North). Turn right on Westfall Road. Turn right on Sawgrass Road. Enter the parking lot by turning right at the second intersection.
From the East: travel Interstate 490 West to route 590 South, to Route 390 North, take Exit 16 and turn right on East Henrietta Road (15A North). Turn right on Westfall Road. Turn right on Sawgrass Road. Enter the parking lot by turning right at the second intersection.
From the West: travel Interstate 490 East to Route 390 South, take Exit 16B and turn left on East Henrietta Road (15A North). Turn right on Westfall Road. Turn right on Sawgrass Road. Enter the parking lot by turning right at the second intersection.
Specialty Care Clinics: (Clinton Crossings)
From the Rochester VA Outpatient Clinic (see directions above), turn right onto Westfall Road and go one half mile (through the Clinton Avenue stop light) and turn right into the Clinton Crossings medical complex. Enter building B through the main doors and the VA offices are located on the second floor.
Vet Center & Day Treatment: (Mt. Hope)
From the Rochester VA Outpatient Clinic (see directions above), turn left on Westfall Road. Travel to Mt. Hope Avenue and turn left. Turn right immediately into the VA offices (parking is the rear of the building).
