On January 28th, MyCareer@VA will expand to include more occupations, more jobs, more functionality, and an enhanced user interface. The website will grow from 30 to 40 occupational families, providing you with the opportunity to explore more than 450 jobs. This means you have access to exhaustive career information on over 66% of the positions at VA! What career possibilities will you explore today?
VALU Introduces CareerCare to MyCareer@VA
Are you interested in growing a career in the healthcare field? VALU is proud to introduce CareerCare, a new training course for employees (GS levels 5-8). The course teaches the fundamental skills of career development in the healthcare context, including self-assessment, job research, and career goal creation. The CareerCare team is seeking an initial group of motivated participants whose input will inform future course updates and expansions. Interested individuals in GS levels 5-8 should register via MyCareer@VA. You can also find more information on CareerCare by looking in the Learning Resources section of the MyCareer@VA website.
