Routine Services for American Citizens

Routine services performed for American citizens include accepting applications for passports and additional passport pages, recording the birth of American citizens, and notarizing documents. The Consular Section also collects and disseminates information on absentee voting and aspects of living and working in Botswana.

Each quarter, such  topics are discussed in a newsletter distributed to American citizens registered with the Embassy. For more details on the services available and for copies of the newsletter, see the menu to the left side of this page.
