SAFETY OFFICE

The USAG Daegu Safety Office maintains liaison with the U.S. Army Safety Center, 8th Army Safety Office, IMCOM Korea Safety Office and Area IV commands concerning safety programs and accident investigation and reporting. 

Other functions of the Safety Office include:

  • Managing local National employee safety and providing Korean language translations for all safety related matters
  • Managing and overseeing the use of special materials, storage, and transport thereof
  • Providing policy, guidance, and command oversight through the Command Inspection Program.
