Course Title: Designing an Assessment Strategy

Course Description: This workshop is designed to provide agency executives, hiring managers, and HR managers / professionals with a broad overview of assessment options, as well as variables to consider when developing an assessment strategy that meets hiring reform standards. Topics include: assessment goals and principles; assessment options and models (e.g., multiple hurdles) that can be used in conjunction with a category rating model; common methodologies for establishing cut points for use with category rating.
