Course Title:
Introduction to OPM’s SL/ST Performance Appraisal Assessment Tool (PAAT)
Course Description:
When an agency has an OPM-certified appraisal system, it may pay its senior level (SL) and scientific and professional (ST) employees above Executive level III, up to level II. This workshop reviews the steps and requirements for requesting certification of an SL/ST appraisal system. At the end of this workshop, attendees will be able to document successfully their completion of the requirements for requesting an SL/ST appraisal system certification (i.e., the SL/ST-PAAT).
