The Recruiting Boot Camp series addresses critical HR skills gaps as reported by the
Government Accountability Office (GAO):
“…the substantive work of addressing skills gaps remains, including defining workforce plans, implementing recruitment and retention strategies, and measuring the effects of these initiatives.” (GAO, Human Capital Management, September 19, 2012)
Module 6 is an introduction to onboarding and a survey of best practices that will help you improve new hire time-to-productivity and retention.
