Course Title: Recruiting Boot Camp Module 5: Campus Recruitment

Course Description: The Recruiting Boot Camp series addresses critical HR skills gaps as reported by the
Government Accountability Office (GAO):
“…the substantive work of addressing skills gaps remains, including defining workforce plans, implementing recruitment and retention strategies, and measuring the effects of these initiatives.” (GAO, Human Capital Management, September 19, 2012)

Module 5 provides a structured methodology that aligns with academic year. Provides for continuous improvement, and maximizing targeted recruitment efforts.
  • Leveraging the recruitment lifecycle
  • Designing a tiered recruitment strategy
  • Branding your agency or even your office
  • Conducting targeted recruitment
