The Docket Activity Library is the Commission’s repository for legal pleadings filed in various types of cases such as, formal and informal dockets, petitions, rulemakings, and Commission investigations. The Docket Activity Library is available as an information source for other government agencies, private organizations, and individuals. Dockets can be viewed during regular Library hours at 800 North Capitol Street, N.W., Room 1049, Washington, DC . Copies of documents and pleadings related to docketed cases also may be requested by contacting the Docket Activity Library. Activity logs (a chronological listing of all filings/issuances in each docket) also are available through the Commission’s website. For assistance in locating or requesting copies of documents pertaining to historical or closed cases, please contact our Docket Activity Library.
