Fire Program Analysis (FPA)

The purpose of the Fire Program Analysis (FPA) system is to provide managers a common, interagency process for strategic fire management planning and budgeting. Fire Program Analysis will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of alternative fire management strategies to support land management goals and objectives.
