OGC also recruits experienced attorneys, with the skills, knowledge, and abilities required by the varying positions. Usually, experience in Government contracts, civilian personnel, intellectual property, and environmental law is sought. Each position has its own requirements, and each is, therefore, treated individually. Attorneys hired by OGC come from diverse backgrounds ranging from sole practitioners to attorneys from the largest private firms as well as from large and small companies.
