From Southbound 471: Take 471 south across the Ohio River. Take the first exit (exit 5 Bellevue-Newport). At the end of the ramp turn right onto Cowen Drive (Route 8). Go under the expressway overpass and continue to traffic light at the corner of Cowen and Riviera Drive. (Party Source on the right). Turn right onto Riviera Drive and look for Frisch’s. Turn left onto Landmark Drive. Medical Arts building will be on the left hand side. The VA clinic is located on the 3rd floor.
