Luke Burns thought that it would be fun to join the Army as opposed to going to school and working full time. He did have a great time sure, but after 4 years as a PSYOP Specialist at Bragg, 2 years at AFN Korea, 2 Years at AFN Bavaria, and 3 years as an instructor at Fort Meade, he called it quits. He also really really really wanted to get back to AFN Europe and there was no guarantee of that happening if he stayed in the Army until retirement.
