Minor Travel
Please note that any Algerian citizen (including a dual national U.S. citizen who is also an Algerian citizen) who is nineteen years of age or younger and traveling to Algeria alone or accompanied only by his or her mother must have a Parental Authorization for Travel completed by his or her father.
