  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (closed on Training Holidays)

To book an appointment with a Department of Family and Community Medicine clinic, please call the San Antonio Consult and Appointment Management Office (CAMO) at 210-916-9900.

To talk to a nurse or leave a message for your provider please call or leave a message on the Telephone Triage Nurse advice line at 210-916-3000.

For after hour's assistance, TRICARE beneficiaries can call the San Antonio Patient Assistance Line (SAPAL) at 1-866-584-9659. Experienced nurses will provide medical advice and nurse triage. SAPAL hours of operation are 4:00pm – 7:00am weekdays and 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
