IFES Workshop Delivers Lobbying Skills to PNG at Critical Juncture

PNG women participants put on traditional finery to greet U.S. Ambassador Teddy Taylor. Some 40 women from the local, provincial and national level took part in a K1.5 million U.S. government-funded project to teach them lobbying skills. According to Ambassador Taylor, the workshop "could not have come at a better time."
